Timmy Harris has been in the cell for four and a half hours now.
He just ate his dinner, and is now trying to get to $1,050,000 so he can get his laptop in the cell and some proper bedding.

There are a few things you need to know about Timmy Harris:
+ He’s from New Zealand.
+ He’s worked for Invisible Children going on three years.
+ And he’s locking himself in a cell—inside our offices—and not getting out until Invisible Children Frontline reaches its fundraising goal of two million dollars. You can see for yourself at livestream.com/invisiblechildren.
That’s real.
Got all that? This isn’t some silly stunt. (Fine, maybe a little silly.) But Timmy recognizes the importance of the work Invisible Children is doing in Central Africa. He’s made a commitment to do whatever it takes to help cross that finish line and hit our fundraising goal so that the work can be expanded.
Here’s where you come in: Not only do the Top 10 Frontline fundraising teams win trips to Uganda with Invisible Children, but any team raising over $20,000 will automatically win a trip. Also, if you make a $50 donation to someone’s page, you’ll get an entry into a drawing for another Uganda trip giveaway on Livestream. It. Could. Be. You.
There’s a lot going on. We know. If you don’t have a Frontline page yet, it’s simple - sign up at invisiblechildren.com/frontline. Then follow what’s going on at livestream.com/invisiblechildren, because starting today, we’re live on Livestream 24 hours a day until the money is raised and Timmy is released. You can also get updates at twitter.com/timmyharris.
Details are approaching.
